Case of mistaken identity , Google maps score went from perfect 5 to 4.3

Recently the Google Maps page got some wrong misrepresented reviews.

The guest was complaining about another AirBnb operator at Pinnacle Petaling Jaya and mistakenly put the bad reviews on the Ginger8 Pinnacle PJ Page.

Ginger8 Homes is not the only AirBnb operator at Pinnacle Petaling Jaya. There’s around 5 homestay operators at PinnaclePJ. It is just that it is SEO dominant at Google maps page.

Nonetheless, we are putting this aside and more determined to provide good guest experience, this issue is a reminder that our services has to be top notch.
